Delivery
- There is an extra cost for delivery, which is now variable
depending upon the weight of the goods that you have ordered. This is
automatically added onto your order and can be seen every time you view
your shopping basket - we are up-front about our costs and there are no
hidden charges.
- Goods are delivered to most locations within the UK via 1st class Royal Mail, 2 day Courier and in certain circumstances by hand. Areas that
fall outside of this include Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland, where alternative delivery methods may be applied dependant upon cost.
- We aim to ship goods by the next working day and
definitely within 3 working days. Please be aware this time period may
lengthen at peak times (i.e. Christmas).
- If we are aware of any delays to your order, we will
contact you via email or letter to inform you. You will then have the
option of cancelling your order.
- Delivery schedules are estimates only. Panama Games
will not be liable for any delays caused by third parties.
- Local customers can collect orders but this must be
prearranged as we keep no stock on the premises. Email sales@everytale.com to reserve your
order and to arrange a time for collection. There is a £2 administration
charge for this service regardless of the order size but there is no
postage charge.
Returning Items & Faulty Goods
- Before return any item please contact us at returns@everytale.com so that we
issue you with a returns number.
- Goods can be returned unused for any reason within 14
days. You will be liable for the return postage cost.
- Notification of faulty goods should be reported within seven days of the
goods being received. All goods supplied by us are subject to
manufacturing tolerances and are warranted as being suitable for the
purpose for which they are designed, under fair conditions. Under this
warranty we will issue a refund against goods acknowledged by us to be
faulty, providing such faults have not be caused by your misuse, negligent
handling or improper care of the goods.
- We will endeavour to send you replacement parts or if this
is not possible refund you for the cost of the goods and your return
postage, once the item has been returned safely to us.
- You the customer are responsible for ensuring the safe
return of item(s) for which you require a refund and are therefore advised
to send them with proof of postage (by obtaining a ‘proof of postage’
certificate which is free from the Post Office).
- Inspect any received package thoroughly before
accepting/signing for it. If the package appears to have suffered shipping
damage, keep the original shipping carton, promptly contact the shipping
company for a damage inspection report and request that the shipping
company return the merchandise. Under these circumstances, do not return
the merchandise yourself.
- All goods returned are at the sender’s expense. A refund
of shipping costs will be made only if the return is a result of our error
or if the goods supplied are shown to be faulty.
- If you do need to return any goods, please remember to
wrap the package securely as it may not be possible to offer a refund or
replacement on goods which are damaged during return transit. We
recommend using recorded delivery.

Minor faults
- With some products minor faults occur which we can rectify
without you needing to return the item. For instance if a small component
is missing. In this case, contact us and we will do whatever we can to
help.
- This
returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
